Orkney Masters 2017

Names are now being taken for the 2^nd ranking event of the season, The Orkney Masters. This competition will begin on Saturday February 18^th and is to be played over 5 weeks with the finals being played on the 26^th March.

The format for the Orkney Masters consists of 8 groups of 5 players with the top 2 players in each group qualifying for the last 16. The top 24 ranked players (after the Challenge Cup is completed) who enter the competition will receive an automatic place in the group stages while the rest of the entries will play off in a straight knockout for the remaining 16 spots.

All players who have paid their competition fees for the season will receive automatic entry into this competition but for anyone else wishing to enter please do so by posting here or on the Orkney Pool Association Facebook page before 6pm on Friday, February 17^th. The draw will then take place and be displayed on here. Entry fee is £3

The entry list is here for anyone unsure whether or not they are entered. If anyone who has entered but cannot play in this competition, then can you also please let me know, thanks.
