New competition rules

**Challenge Cup and all future month long competitions**

All competitors please note that there are a couple of new rules being introduced for these competitions as agreed at a recent committee meeting. These are being brought in to help the competitions run smoothly -

1. It is now the responsibility of the player at the top of the draw (or left as displayed on the blog) to contact his/her opponent to organise a date/time/venue for their fixture at the earliest possible time.

2. Games MUST be played by the end of the 7 day (or however long it may be) date range provided. In extreme cicumstances a 2 day extension may be given for a match to be completed but this needs to be approved by the Competition Secretary Stewart Keldie. If the match is still not completed after this additional time then the player originally causing the delay will be eliminated.

Please report all scores to the Competiton Secretary at the earliest possible time.
